This blog maps the journey of an e-learning project taking place across the North East in four Further Education colleges over 2014-2015.

It builds on a previous project which successfully introduced enquiry-based e-learning at South Tyneside College. Over 2012-2013, Netskills Consultant Trainers worked closely with a team at the college to co-design and develop six e-learning modules for their teacher training course.

After a successful finish, the project team is now working to embed the outputs in the community.

The vision is to see the modules “taken up” and embedded into the initial teacher training activities of four colleges. We want to see each college realising the benefits and show a clear direction for wider embedding and dissemination activities.

We also want to record the process, harness the learning and share stories of success. This is where this blog comes in.

You’ll find here regular updates from the project team as well as reflections from the teachers at the colleges doing the leg work.

We also welcome all comments and questions from the community.
